Help
The short version of how Fleaux works.
Getting in
Fleaux is invite-only. You need an invite code from an existing member
to create an account — there's no waitlist and no public signup. Codes
are single-use and can expire, so if yours doesn't work, ask the person
who invited you for a fresh one.
Signing in & passwords
- Sign in with the email address you registered with. Capitalization doesn't matter.
- Forgot your password? Use the password reset page.
- Too many failed attempts will lock things down briefly — wait a few minutes and try again.
Your profile
- Photo — upload from Edit Profile; you can drag and zoom to position it. External image links aren't supported.
- Theme — pick custom colors for your profile page. Everyone who visits sees it your way.
- Presence — a green ring means recently active; amber means active within the last half hour. You can hide this in Settings → Privacy.
Circle, Taps & Connections
Fleaux has two kinds of relationships, on purpose:
- Circle — mutual friends. Send a request, they accept, you're in each other's circle.
- Taps — a light, private show of interest. Tap someone; only they can see it. If they tap back, you become Connections. Ignoring a tap is invisible — nobody gets a rejection.
Taps use the preferences in Edit Profile → Connections (gender, who
you're open to, and your status). A pink heart on someone's profile
means you match each other's preferences. Daily limits and cooldowns
keep taps meaningful. You can hide the hearts — or hide yourself from
matching entirely — in Settings.
Messages
- Start a direct message from someone's profile or the pencil button on the Messages page.
- Group conversations support renaming and adding people — new members can read the full history.
- Right-click a conversation or message for quick actions.
Posts & saving
- Posts support images, mentions with @, reactions, and comments.
- Save anything to your lists with the bookmark button; find it under Saved on your profile.
